Oscar Avalos will be our guest speaker for the weekend. After immigrating with his mom and 3 older siblings from Juarez, Mexico, he grew up in the west Texas town of El Paso. Since trusting Christ at the age of 10, Oscar has been navigating the life-long adventure of following and loving Jesus. 20 years ago, he was blessed with an awesome and beautiful adventure companion, Candis, to spice up his life. Along the way the Lord has blessed them with 4 great kids, who make life very interesting and kind of crazy. He looks forward to sharing the Bible with us!

Carpool to a lakeside camp for this years’ retreat! We’ll enjoy hiking, an open gym, canoeing, sitting by the campfire, and taking hilarious selfies.
